It was the late 1920’s when legendary golf course architect Alister MacKenzie teamed with Robert Hunter to create Cypress Point Club at Pebble Beach; the Meadow Club in Fairfax; and the Valley Club of Montecito. In less than four years the collaboration produced some of the world’s finest golf courses.
