The 2010 British Open at St Andrews-The OpenGet even closer to the action in 2010 with the Official Open Championship iPhone app. Free courtesy of the R&A which celebrates its 150th anniversary this year.

The app has a number of features attendees, or virtual attendees, will appreciate such as live weather conditions, video highlights, a real-time leaderboard, a guide to the course, and profiles and stats for the players.

There are also two live features–video and radio–that will stream from the event.  Video reception depends on the country you live it but we understand that the radio option with live commentary will be fed to all countries.
